About the Author
Hi, I’m Suzy Turnbull, a former 5-star host and marketing specialist, now an author and mentor to independent short-term rental hosts.
I have brought together seven years of hosting and property management experience and marketing knowledge to bring independent hosts a practical, easy-to-navigate guide book.
It covers every aspect of hosting from property management and pricing to marketing and problem solving. Like many hosts, I learned through real-world experience; what works, what doesn’t, and what truly makes the difference between an average stay and a five-star one.
